Who We Are & Our Mission
B.I.G Girls Foundation is a non-governmental organization raising a generation of young women who own their identity, grow in their careers, and build lasting legacies.
Empowering Beautiful, Intelligent & Godly Girls
Founded in 2019 in response to an urgent call to provide structured guidance, mentorship, and career readiness to young women navigating life. The acronym **B.I.G** stands for **Beautiful, Intelligent, and Godly**.
We leverage an end-to-end, cohort-based development model to help women build professional confidence, secure internships, and gain digital branding and AI proficiency.

Our Core Values
The three foundational pillars that guide everything we build, teach, and stand for.
Wisdom
Developing deep insight, sound judgment, and practical intelligence. We empower women to make informed, positive choices for their careers, lives, and community impact.
Performance
Striving for absolute excellence and tangible results in every endeavor. We train and qualify women to excel in their academic careers, tech skills, and workplace roles.
Love
Fostering collaborative support, inclusive sisterhood, and positive fellowship. We nurture an encouraging ecosystem of lifelong peer learning and mutual guidance.
Our Mode of Operation
We organize growth sequentially: **One Community → Three Clusters → Targeted Programs → One Annual Unifier (Evolve Conference).**
